Where do you ship, and how much does delivery cost?
We dispatch from Greater Chennai to quilters all across India. Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above; for orders below that, a flat fee of ₹59 is added at checkout and shown up front, never per item.
How can I pay?
We keep payment simple: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM) for prepaid orders, or Cash on Delivery across most serviceable PIN codes. We do not accept cards on this site, and we never store any payment details.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 10 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition with their original packaging, tags and invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We are sorry if a cutter, mat or ruler reaches you damaged. Please film a clear unboxing video that shows the sealed parcel being opened, then email it to info@cavoravault.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the damage we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — you will not have to return it at your own cost.
How do I change a rotary blade safely, and how do I care for my cutting mat?
Always retract or close your rotary cutter before swapping a blade, keep fingers well clear of the edge, and dispose of the old blade in its wrapper. For self-healing mats, store them flat away from heat and direct sun, wipe with a damp cloth rather than soaking, and rotate the area you cut on so the surface wears evenly. Each product page lists the exact blade size a cutter takes, so reordering is easy.
Which ruler size should I choose?
It depends on your blocks. A 6½” x 24″ ruler is the workhorse for cutting strips and squaring long edges; a 12½” square is ideal for trimming blocks and half-square triangles; and smaller 4½” or 6½” squares handle patchwork units. Every ruler listing states its exact dimensions and markings — if you are unsure, email info@cavoravault.shop and we will help you pick.
How do I track my order?
The moment your order ships we send a tracking link by both email and SMS so you can follow it to your door. If an update looks stuck for more than 48 hours, write to info@cavoravault.shop and we will chase the courier for you.

No — Cavora Vault (Cavoravault) is online only, with no physical showroom. Running this way keeps our prices fair and lets us serve quilters in every state from our base in Greater Chennai.
